Outpatient Behavioral Health Services

We are dedicated to delivering timely, quality care to the communities we serve. We strive to meet your needs with a variety of treatment options including evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, brief psychotherapy, psychological testing, and group therapies.

Please refer to this guide for information on all the behavioral health services provided at this location. Services are provided to adults 18 years and older.

New Patient Intake
This service is for adults who are either new to the behavioral health setting or who have not been seen in the past 18 months. During the initial visit, we screen for behavioral health disorders and provide a diagnostic assessment before determining which services would best fit your needs.

Therapy/Counseling Services
We provide a supportive and accepting environment where you can talk to someone when you feel hopeless, lonely, depressed, confused, upset over a relationship or just plain stressed. Our therapy/counseling services help you gain new insights and learn coping techniques.

Walk-in Appointments
This service is for adults who have been seen in a behavioral health setting within the past 18 months. Walk-in appointments provide more information about your current treatment plan or medication adjustments.

Medication Management
Our services promote the improved use of medication while reducing the risk of adverse events: managing your medications, providing guidance for caregivers, advising on the correct way to administer medications and assessing your drug regimen.

Intensive Outpatient Service (IOP)
A group-based therapy service that allows you to return to work and family life while in recovery. In these group sessions, counseling and education are provided to learn and reinforce coping skills. Participation includes three half-day sessions.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
A group-based treatment for adults that focuses on developing recovery skills so you can manage your mental health symptoms and live a healthy, productive life. It may follow a more intensive level of care (such as hospitalization) or be the next step in getting the support you need from traditional outpatient treatments. Participation includes sessions Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Vocational Rehabilitation Services
If you are currently receiving behavioral health services, you can get help with understanding employment accommodations, résumé development and job-seeking skills. You must have a mental health diagnosis and be seeking to return to work or school.

Neuropsych/Psychological Testing
We provide testing and individual/group psychotherapy services. Psychological testing services require a referral from your treating provider.
